Abstract
Article focuses on the characteristics of the judicial system and the organization of the administrative proceedings in Germany. In particular, examined were the judicial proceedings in the courts of first instance, appeal and cassation. The procedure of initiation and review of administrative cases in the courts of first instance, appeal and cassation was also briefly described.
