Abstract
The article examines the specifics and the standards of the judicial protection of the human rights and freedoms of the individuals on the international and national levels, which are defined in the Convention on the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, in case of its violation in the public relations by the subjects of the State power of Ukraine.
