Abstract

The article deals with the problem of the relationship between structural, institutional and legal factors of organizational reform in the state power of Ukraine. Key aspects of rearrangement of authorities between legislative and executive power in the constitutional law of Ukraine are analyzed. Main directions of reforms in the state power entities and constitutional law of Ukraine, focused on the solution of the problem of political and legal responsibility, are highlighted. The status and the authorities of President of Ukraine (in their relation to legislative and executive branches of power) are analyzed. The author makes the conclusion that the draft law on amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine is supposed to solve a number of significant problems, which exist in the mechanism of state power in Ukraine.
