Concept, nature and meaning of the organizational forms of prosecutorial activities

Abstract
The paper studied and analyzed the organizational forms, their meaning for the prosecutor’s activity. We have characterized such arrangements as a meeting, Ukrainian Conference of Employees of prosecutor’s office, the selection of candidates for the position of a prosecutor. We have come to a conclusion that the content of organizational forms has internal management, internal body meaning, however, in the end, they comply with the social and public interest.
