Статтю присвячено дослідженню правових можливостей, умов та обмежень державної фінансової підтримки професійного спорту. Описано аргументи
проти фінансової підтримки державою професійного спорту та аргументи на користь надання певної фінансової підтримки держави професійному спорту.
