Legal nature of Development and Regulation of Advertising in the Internet

Abstract
The article deals with pre-conditions of online advertising and the history of its formation. We have analyzed the foreign as well as local experience of legal regulation of the advertising. Major approaches are focused on implementation of legal regulation of advertising, which has its origins back to antiquity, but the general rules that have been improving throughout the history of mankind are still applicable to the advertising in the Internet.
