Abstract
On the basis of the analysis of the competence of national and local bodies of state administration of the Republic of Belarus in the sphere of social classification attempt the basic functions of these bodies in terms of industry focus their jurisdictional activities. Under the existing system functions to radically revise the proposed scope of the competence of national authorities in the social sphere in terms of delegating certain powers to other entities of social relations.
