Administrative Law and Process is a professional edition established in the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in 2012.

The journal “Administrative Law and Process” is entered into the list of Ukrainian scientific professional editions (category "B"), which enable to publish the results of dissertations and research of applicants for obtaining degrees and ranks in juridical disciplines (081 - Law) (The Order of the Ministry of Science and Education of Ukraine dated December 28, 2019 No 6143).
The journal is included in the international scientometric database Index Copernicus International (Warsaw, the Republic of Poland).
Accordingly sub-paragraph 2.1, 2.2 of the Order of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport of Ukraine “On Publication of the Results of Dissertations for Obtaining the Degrees of Doctor and Candidate of Sciences” dated October 17, 2012 No 1112, the articles published in the journal are equated with works published in foreign scientific periodicals in a specialty, dissertation is devoted to.

Target readers: scientists, employees of juridical, law-enforcement and other state agencies, officials of local authorities, practicing lawyers, students, cadets, students of higher schools and law faculties.
Program aims (main principles): to favour the increase of scientific and theoretical, educational and methodic qualification of the university’s employees and the employees of other higher schools and law faculties. The task and main aims of the edition is to popularize new achievements of jurisprudence and to exchange a leading experience in the sphere of juridical education and administrative legal and procedural science, to discuss the problems of preparation of future lawyers, the current problems of practical application of administrative, administrative and procedural legislation of Ukraine.
