Author generalized experience of diplomatic relatives establishment of the young state, declared by the act, dated August 24, 1991, with the republics of the former Soviet Union, the Member States of the EU and other countries of the world. Originating from the current international of Ukraine, the basic international legal agreements concluded by Ukraine, the possible ways and directions of its further activities in the integrated world were outlined. During the existence of the independent Ukrainian state, the vector of its foreign policy orientation repeatedly changed: Eastern ( Russia, CIS); Western ( countries of European Union, the USA, Canada); Southern-Eastern (Turkey, the countries of the East). Spacial attention was paid to the Association agreement of Ukraine with the EU in 2014, that defined not only the legal relationship with the EU, but also encourages Ukraine to social and economic reforms.
