Abstract

Article is devoted to general characteristics of the institute of customs regimes in Ukraine from the perspective of the new revision of the Customs Code of Ukraine. Attention is paid to the innovations introduced by this revision. The estimation of these innovations is made. Their positive and negative sides are described by the author in terms of their feasibility and impact on the efficiency of customs affairs in Ukraine.
