Abstract
In the article the author considers the guarantees of administrative and legal status of refugees and internally displaced persons. The mechanism, the problem of ensuring of protection of human rights and freedoms, as well as the guarantees of the implementation of specific administrative and legal status of refugees and internally displaced persons were also analysed in the article.
