Abstract
The article is dedicated to the ensuring of the economic security of Ukraine in the fuel energy sector. The mechanism of normative legal relations in this area is considered. The author gives the legal description of the development of Ukrainian economy and describes the mechanism of law-making and strategic development of the industry in the state.
