Abstract
The article examines the standards of administrative law in Europe. Their system and structure has been analyzed. We have described the role of the application of standards of administrative law in the practice of administrative bodies. It has been determined the content of the standards of administrative law in the field of human rights, the organization of the public administration, administrative services, public service; administrative justice.
