We have summarized the types of resolutions to be taken by administrative courts in the result of the investigation of the cases included into their jurisdiction. There have been made some suggestions aimed to improve the provisions of national legislation connected with the court control over the resolutions, actions and inactions of the subjects of power authorities, performed within the scope of their discretional powers.
