Administrative and legal status of the National Bank of Ukraine in the context of the European integration

Abstract

The article we have specified that the administrative and legal status of the National Bank of Ukraine is a combination of the tasks, responsibilities, rights and prohibitions established by the Constitution of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine «On the National Bank of Ukraine» and other laws of Ukraine in conjunction with the scope and nature of their judicial personality. It is proved that in the process of Ukraine’s integration within the EU standards of administrative and legal status of the National Bank of Ukraine will be more and more governed by the international treaties of the European Union.
