Forensic economical examination as a separate criminalistics expert examination

Abstract
The article describes the main tasks of a forensic economical examination of, considers the requirements for preparation for the examination of this particular type and examines the particularities of the methodic of realization of the forensic economical examination. The author carries out a study on the application of forensic economical expertise as a separate type of forensic examination in the theory of law and judicial practice. The realization of forensic economical examination and use of the specialists forms a necessary condition for the record of criminal activities in the sphere of economics.
