Abstract

In 1918, after 123 years of captivity, Poland regained its independence. Regency Council exercising power in the Polish Kingdom gave her Józef Piłsudski. In the first year of the existence of the Polish state has been enacted legislation that the assumptions were to ensure internal and external security. The most important of them were the ones who determined the inner peace and with secure borders.
